Veterinary Care Fund Thank you letters

Donors to the NY State Veterinary Care Fund should receive thank you letters promptly.

Here is a sample letter that may be sent via email:

Thank you for your [Amount] contribution to the [Region] Veterinary Care Fund.

We deeply appreciate your support, that goes toward veterinary care for pets whose owners are struggling to make ends meet. In most cases these owners are faced with large bills due to an accident or health emergency and are able to make a substantial contribution to the cost of treatment themselves. Your support enables us to bridge the gap so that treatment can be completed, so the owner and pet can enjoy many more years together.

The automated process is as follows:

1. A daily "Make" automation adds the new contribution to Airtable and notifies me

2. I then complete the details in Airtable

3. I click a box in airtable and Make emails a request to Katie to send the thank you letter
