Sub-campaigns are requested via Jotform
Members can apply via jotform to setup sub-campaigns that they can use to raise money for their hospital.

The form contains all the information you need to create the sub-campaign.
Step 1: Go the main regional campaign
First check that Sub-campaigns are turned on at the bottom left.
Then click on the Sub-campaigns tab and you will see a page with a button to "Create sub-campaign"
Step 2: Set-up the Sub-campaign
The setup is fairly straightforward following the steps set out in the PetFundr app
Step 3: Send details to the person requesting the campaign
First you should add the person requesting the campaign to the Team as a "Manager"
This will automatically send them an email but you can follow-up with an email that includes the following information
1. The external link to their campaign - see how to get that below
2. A link to the two support pages:
