All passwords are in the Shared Folder of LastPass.

There are two folders:

1. Shared-Business - access to all staff
2. Shared-Finance -  Sara Conklin has access

ABSsolutions (IT support) will be able to provide access to Tim's email/outlook/computer

Financial and Payroll

Contact 25th Hour Accounting Solutions who can advise on all aspects of financial operations including payroll.

Payroll is automatic, unless there is manual intervention.

The Gusto payroll platform is provided through 25th Hour. They have full administrative access.

25th Hour set up the systems for bill payment and can support these going forward. 

IMPORTANT: Make sure there are enough funds in the Relay Business Checking Account 4402. 25th Hour will advise on this.

More funds can be pulled over from the LiveOak savings account.

If there is not enough in the LiveOak savings account - it needs to come from the IntraFi LiveOak account.

The Treasurer will need to contact Carter Paylor to arrange transfer.

Most of these could fail without immediate impact.

Knack

Knack is an application builder that has been used to build a number of subsidiary applications.

There is a separate section in the knowledgebase that can provide information for a consultant.

OR: Possibly better, ask NoviAMS for help. It would be better to have someone who understands Novi and has knowledge of platforms like Zapier and Make.com.

Make/Zapier

Make is the integration and automation platform used in a number of APIs that connect programs like Knack and run automations. Zapier is used for a few automations that write back to Novi. There is a separate section on this. Ideally you should hire someone who knows both Knack and Make/Zapier. Make is easier to learn than Knack, so start with someone who has experience of Knack/Novi - best sourced through Novi. They definitely know some great people who can help.

Airtable

Airtable is primarily used for analysis. However there is some functionality - for example it analyzes member addresses and works out the best address to use, and that is written back to Novi. But practically every tech person knows Airtable well, so anyone who can handle Knack, Make and Zapier should have no trouble with Airtable. Specific functions are referred to in other sections.
