The Executive Board Mailing List is set up in Mailchimp in a different audience than the main mailing. This because some of the people on the list (eg Legal) should not get other emails sent to the main list. Also there is the possibility of one board member inadvertently unsubscribing from the main list and we may not realize that they aren't getting board emails.
The contacts in the Executive Board mailing list are taken directly from the Knack application where committees are assigned. Note that the contact emails are updated in this app from Novi - so if any member email changes in Novi it will still be updated in this Mailchimp audience.
The "Audience" is called NYSVMS Executive Board
To send to the full list - select the advanced segment "Full Executive Board Invitation List"
This includes all the tags listed in the table further below
To send to one of the groups you just select the tag you want:
To send to several groups you select "New Segment" when setting up the "To" section, and then choose the Tags you want. Remember to use "Or"
