Regional Mailing Lists

Regional representatives are able to generate mailing lists for members and non-members.

All the information they need is provided on this page

https://members.nysvms.org/regional-admin-access-to-regional-member-lists

They enter their email address into the form and select which list they would like sent to them. 

An example mailing list is attached. Note that it contains confidential information.

The admin can also download a profile of a member - and a sample profile is pasted below.

If a regional admin has a question on a report - ask them to send you the original file they were sent so that you can check it. (A copy is also sent to Tim - so you can ask him too)

Technical Note

The request is driven by an embedded jotform.

This is picked up by the Make.com scenario "Create Mailing List for Regions"

The scenario pulls data straight from Novi and formats it into an excel file that is sent to the person requesting the file.
